Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive safely and to keep you in the loop along the way. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Made to order — please allow time

Every MintMade product is hand-finished and made to order. Because we make each piece just for you after you order, please allow 1–2 weeks before your order is dispatched. This making time is separate from the delivery time once your order is on its way. We will let you know as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping is a flat $20 (AUD) Australia-wide. Orders containing only the Risr ship free. You will always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

International orders

International shipping is by enquiry only — we can occasionally ship to New Zealand. If you are outside Australia, please contact us through our contact form before ordering so we can confirm whether we can help and what the cost would be. Please do not place an international order before checking with us.

Delivery timeframes

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times are outside our control and can vary depending on your location and the courier's schedule. We will always do our best to get your order made and dispatched promptly.
