Terms of Sale
Welcome to MintMade. These terms apply to every order placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to them, so please take a moment to read through. We have kept them as plain and clear as we can.

Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy from us. We may accept or decline that offer. Your order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and sent you confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to fulfil it. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Made to order
Our products are hand-finished and made to order, just for you. Because each piece is made after you order, please allow 1–2 weeks before your order is dispatched. This lead time is in addition to delivery time. We will keep you updated and let you know when your order is on its way.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
MintMade Co is not registered for GST, so no GST has been charged on your order. Prices include no GST component.
Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide only, at a flat $20 (AUD) rate — orders containing only the Risr ship free. International orders are by enquiry only — if you are outside Australia, please contact us through our contact form before ordering. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods, and ownership (title), passes to you on delivery. Until then, the goods remain at our risk. You become the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to the address you provided.
Returns and the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. The following statement is required by law:
"Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights under the ACL if an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Proof of purchase
We will provide you with proof of purchase for your order (for example, an order confirmation or receipt). For any purchase over $75, we are required to provide proof of purchase, and we will do so. Please note this is not a Tax Invoice and no GST has been charged.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect at the time you placed it.
